ASOS via eBay trousers, H&M tee, Oasis buckled wedge sandals and necklace

If I were to give you a list of shops I very rarely frequent, I think Oasis would top it. My darling S-I-L is a regular but it’s never grabbed me. I lump it in the same category as Warehouse – bland, boring, beige.

However, as I trotted past a few days ago I noticed lots of 75% off signs… well, how could a girl on a budget resist? I picked up these amazing leather buckle wedges for just £15, reduced from £65, along with this darling necklace that I think Vix would love! It was £5 reduced from £16. Two key trends for just £20? Thanks Oasis!

Have you ever changed your mind about a high street shop? What would those shops you usually walk on by have to do to catch your attention? Has a previously dismissed brand become a wardrobe favourite? I’d love to know.

You’ve had me searching on the website for those, sadly to no avail. I’m not a huge fan of Oasis but they are always worth a look, i got my leather jacket there and its gorgeous.

Oasis is one of those places that you sometimes find little gems, but most of the time it’s over priced and a bit blah I think. When you find something good in there though it’s like your little secret!

I only ever venture into Oasis when I see those sale signs! I tried those shoes on last week but managed to resist, great bargain though!

I like Oasis and Warehouse! They’re too expensive for me most of the time, but I love what I do have from there.

Those sandals are fab – they go with the trousers so well.
I find Oasis and Warehouse far too similar…they’re both quite overpriced but I do occasionally get good things in their sales 🙂 x

It’s wierd how when I think of Oasis, I also think of the bargains I’ve bought in the 70% off sale!
Their stuff is undeniably well made, it’s just I think no-one really knows who the target market is, so it’s never the first store that leaps to mind.
Those strappies are devine though!

Oasis is one of my favorites! I would never describe it as bland, boring, OR beige! I get loads of funky, colorful pieces from there, so I’m really surprised to hear your opinion (and my mum bought a gorgeous glittery gown from Warehouse today, too!)

Anyway, loving the outfit, especially the trousers and the buckled shoes 🙂

I don’t shop at Oasis too much, but I used to adore there carrier bags, I don’t know if they still use them now, but you know the ones with the pretty illustrations on?

My boyfriends Mum bought me an Oasis watch for my bday, and I actually really have taken to it.
& I always admire that t-shirt every time it crops up in one of your outfits xx

Great buys, and these trousers have a very interesting cut. I often dismiss New Look, but when I check out the sales I tend to find the best pieces there.

that necklace is beautiful! I seriously love it. I’m a sucker for multi buckle shoes too, way to look chic girly 🙂

Love those shoes but love even more those incredible trousers! I never used to go into Oasis until last summer when I walked past one every day and ended up popping in one day. Now I frequently go – they really do have some lovely bits, amongst some more boring things.

I love the trousers! Such a lovely shape.
Those shoes are fab with just the right heel.

I went on a bargain hunt recently, scoring some amazing lace up wedges from DP’s and a lovely silk jacke type thing from there also. Saved about £50 so I was sehr happy!

The wedges are definitely amazing!! And the t-shirt is really cool. H&M has always been a fav of mine, but I’m a high street freak: I love all of them, lol.

I used to hate River Island – I associated it as being club wear, too much bling and tiny sizing. Since one opened up near me I pop in regularly and now own about 5 pairs of their jeans, some shoes and a lot of stripy tops!

Ahh, discounts! Who could resist them! especially at 75%!! The shoes are absolutely lovely and worth every penny!

I’m still wishing there is a Primark here lol:)

I don’t shop at Oasis much either, though I did pick up a great beaded Christmas Party dress which I’m sure I will keep forever 🙂

Very hit or miss in there, though your shoes are beautiful!

Those shoes are a brilliant bargain and I love the trousers too. I have huge love affairs with shops and then abandon them! Topshop is the only constant. Last summer I went mad for Gap and now I never go in there. Same with quite a few shops in the past. But I agree about Oasis – never seen anything that I want to buy in there. xx

Love those trousers. I never really bother looking in Dorethy Perkins or Warehouse, unless there is a sale or I see something in the window that drags me in!
