I started working with the Hunter team in July 2013 and provided social media cover for 6 months, until January 2014.
I was responsible for all aspects of Hunter’s social media presence across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. I worked with the in-house team to create relevant, shareable content, moderated user interactions and encouraged engagement and discussion.
A big part of working with Hunter online was customer service – I looked after all customer queries that came through on social, developing a response hierarchy and a collection of FAQs, both of which were used by the entire Hunter team.
I also provided event coverage and support for the brand, attending Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace to photograph and document Hunter’s involvement for social, and supporting social media coverage at key festivals.
It was a pleasure to work with Hunter – a British heritage brand with great influence and a huge online following across the world.
