Sunday girl

Posted in Daily Outfits.

Primark dress, Primark mac, River Island tights, Primark brogues, Accessorize gloves, thrifted hat, vintage scarf, Fossil bag

I love Sundays. I always seem to get so much done! Today was occupied by the following stuff:

Nail painting. I got two gorgeous new colours – Raspberry, which is so deliciously juicy it makes me want to chew off my fingers, and Pink Flamingo which I spotted on Lily Loves Lola and thought looked as sweet as candy.

Visiting the German Christmas Market in Leeds. It’s one of my favourite Christmas events – we go at least five times in the run up to Christmas for mulled wine, frankfurters, roasted nuts and cute crafts. It was SO busy so we didn’t stay long, but we’ll probably go one night after work next week.

Cupcake baking. I’m getting better… slowly. I need to invest in a better piping bag! How cute is my Cath Kidston plate?

So that was Sunday. What did you get up to?

Pink Flamingo – love it! Thanks for the mention 🙂

My day involved shopping.. La Tasca for lunch.. more shopping.. relaxing and blogging! Bliss.

Gutted it’s back to work tomorrow 🙁

Hello yet another new follower from Victorias blog. I too love the German market, am going later this week. I think i have the River Island tights and the nail polishes! x

Thank you all so much, it’s so lovely to hear such nice comments!

@Victoria – I get most of my vintage stuff (which isn’t a lot, mostly accessories) from vintage fairs. There’s one that visits Leeds called The Affordable Vintage Fashion Fair (, usually in the town hall. There’s also a great vintage shop in Headingley, just near Oddbins. Oh and Blue Rinse in town!

oh wow, your outfit is 100% perfection.

i’ve been on a nail polish spree lately. I wanted to stock up on Barry M today, but all the shops in the village are closed due to power failure

(sadly the doctors surgery was un-affected haha)

OH I love all the matchy purple in your outfit, so pretty!! I think I have the same nail polish shades too!!

The Christmas Market look so wonderful, I wish to go one day!!

I’m drooling over the cupcake in the last pic:)

Ohmigosh you had the cutest Sunday ever; and you looked absolutely adorable, as well! I think that I should start spending Sunday’s with you – mine consisted of lazing about the house. So unglamorous. I want to go to the German Christmas Market! 🙂
