American Apparel’s Disco Pants are actually made of nylon, but it just didn’t have the same ring to it.

My Disco Pants had a bit of downtime during the hot weather (skintight nylon and 25+ degrees don’t mix well), but as it’s the Bank Holiday Weekend and the rain is, of course, back with us, I’m wearing them once again.
I find the most flattering way to wear the Disco Pants is with a fitted top AND something loose. The long sleeve tee follows the line of the pants and creates a more streamlined silhouette, while the looser shirt adds more coverage to a figure not really made to wear to what is basically a catsuit. I’ve also taken to tucking the bottom of the legs up to make them ankle length – even on my 5’7 frame, they’re a little long in the leg and a slightly cropped length is far more flattering than ankle bunching!

I have a pair of disco pants which I love to death. I fancy pairing it up with a loose off the shoulder top or a long, usually black, shirt with an edgy print.
I also feel that you can wear disco pants with a loose fitting top (floral prints are lovely) provided you pair it with a structured jacket (blazer). I think you look lovely!!
