I’m very fickle when it comes to makeup – apart from my beloved Rimmel Hide The Blemish concealer which I’ve been buying for 11 years, I’m easily swayed by discounts and freebies and love to try new products. I’m rarely loyal to one brand and have flirted with everyone from Benefit to Estée Lauder.

When Topshop launched their makeup collection I bought a cream blush just to give it a try. I was so impressed I went back for a different shade, then decided to try a few of the lipsticks, a lipgloss, the tweezers…

And now I’m officially in love. The cream blushers are rich and long lasting (Neon Rose is the shade I wear in my outfit shots), the lipsticks glide on smoothly and stay put for hours. After a decade of avoiding lipgloss, this pouty pink shade has won me over and the liner is blackest black – perfect for creating a flicky cats eye. I’m a sucker for pretty packaging too, so the art student scribbling satisfies my shallow side.

Topshop makeup is really reasonably priced – lipsticks are £8, blushers £6 – and lasts well too. These products have become permanent fixtures in my makeup bag and I’ll keep adding to my collection. My flirting days are over!

I was so surprised with the quality of Topshop make-up when I first tried it! Definitely value for money, and I love the packaging too 🙂 x

Oh I’d planned to pop into town for some Tweezermans, but if Topshop tweezers do the trick, I might have to buy some!

Oh I’m most definitely a sucker for cute packaging, and I adore the Topshop packaging!
I recently purchased my first Topshop make-up item – Head Over Heels as you have. I personally love it, it’s now my everyday go-to blush. Desperate to try Neon Rose, though I can’t find it anywhere!

And I’m also incredibly jealous that you have the Brighton Rock lipstick – it looks like such an incredible colour!

I’ve only tried their nail polishes but I think I’ll try Neon Rose as I’ve heard lots of people mention it.

So refreshing to read a make-up post where the products have been purchased. I have nothing against PR reviews but spending your own money on products says so much more about whether they’re actually any good. I definitely need some Topshop cream blushers in my collection…I currently only have the lip tint which I prefer to Benetint and it’s half the price. x

I’m just not adventurous enough when it comes to makeup. I always love the look of your blusher but cream blush? Scary! I wouldn’t know where to start with it. Do you just dab it on and rub it in?

There’s also the slight problem that I never go into Topshop. Hangover of the traumatic chubby teenage years.

I love topshop make-up, especially their nail varnishes, which are in such beautiful shades! I also love their blushes and lipsticks, and I can’t wait to try their eye liner.

Definitely agree with Topshop Makeup being a staple in my Makeup bag. I also use the Rio Rio lipstick – AMAZING.
