I’m in love. In love with this utterly, utterly beautiful dress. Isn’t it just SO CUTE?! This dress, along with the sweet suede booties (they’re studded too, maybe I’ll take a better picture later) are my two latest ASOS finds. Well, they sent me a 20% off code on a Friday evening after two glasses of wine! I mean, what’s a girl to do?
I’m rather proud of myself tonight – I went shopping after work with a friend and didn’t buy a single thing. I walked round Primark with a delicious blue dress, knitted tank and sequin beret in my arms, and put them all back. Tough call.

Happy Sunday! We’re having a real lazy day, so I dressed for the occasion. Everything in this outfit slouches, and in a good way. The blazer is a cotton jersey – so comfortable. I rolled up the sleeves to show the grey marl lining, which I think is a nice, modern touch. The shirt is from the men’s section of Thomas Pink – it’s just baggy enough to wear with leggings and leggings alone. I wonder if this outfit needs a belt to give it shape? Although, belts + lounging on the sofa doesn’t particularly = comfort, so I’ll give it a miss for today.

Yikes. My hair is so short! My neck is cold. But I do quite like it. It’s a little Audrey Hepburn, minus the gorgeous elfin features and alablaster skin. Hmmm.
Anyway, the clothes. I wore this dress all summer – it’s a 50s halterneck style and so easy to sling on. When it starts to get very cold, I might try it with a polo neck or fine knit jumper. The mac was a fabulous find in Primark – I love that shop. The key to Primark shopping is to choose natural fibres (I have a few acrylic cardigans from there, they bobble so easily and make me sweat!) and don’t go for the ‘latest hot pick’, because you know everyone else will be wearing the same.
